About Me
You better stop scrolling right where you are so you don’t miss out on a cue-tee like me. Howdy, the name’s Billiards. I know that my large size could be intimidating, but I promise I’m chalk-full of sweetness. Great Pyrenees are known to be the gentle giants of the dog world, and if you ask anyone around the SNIPSA office, they will probably tell you that I live up to my breed’s nature. I am gentle, loving and love to cuddle. I always keep my crate clean, and I never cry when left alone. It’s my safe space and I’ll even eat my meals in there! And while I don’t mind hanging out by myself, I do like to snuggle up in the bed with you at night.
A guy with many hobbies, I also enjoy loading up and riding in the car, strutting along perfectly on my leash and curling up by my people’s feet to squeeze in a couple of zzzs. I can be lazy, I can be energetic…I can be anything you want me to be! As a Great Pyrenees, I will really thrive in an environment with a large yard to roam and a tall fence to keep me secure. As a big guy who can be picky about my dog friends, proper introductions are necessary before bringing me into situations involving other pets. That said, I love all people and my loyal nature will make me the perfect family companion. If there’s anywhere I want to be, it’s by your side, getting face scratches or accompanying you on your adventures. With so many amazing qualities, I know I’ll find a home in no time. This San Antonio special might not be purebred, but she sure has a pure heart. As a Cattle Dog mix, you can anticipate Mantis to be full of energy, brains and loyalty. Originally bred as herding dogs, Cattle Dogs benefit from having a job to do so it is important that these pups are both mentally and physically stimulated. Despite her mysterious background, this pup is happy, curious and loving. She enjoys the company of humans and she prefers to be involved with whatever you are doing. Update on Mr. Fish Stick!!!!🐈🐈 🙏🎊🙌Just a little over a week ago, this sweet kitten was found with a significant wound to his belly and had a difficult time bearing weight in his rear legs. He most likely had a run in with a dog that left him the “undercat.” We sewed him up, started him on antibiotics, and provided cage rest to heal his broken pelvis. Now this little hero is running around as if nothing ever happened – batting around his collection of stuffed mice, basking in the sunshine, and eating like a champion. There’s a reason for the adage that CATS HAVE NINE LIVES!!! Fish Stick wasn’t about to “disappoint.”
