About Me
“I’ve found in you, my endless love.” Hold on! You do not want to scroll past this lovely lady. Meet Diana Ross, a stunning Shepherd blend who was offered a second chance at life. After Diana’s original home tragically burned down, she was left with nowhere to go and found herself in a local shelter. Only a day away from her scheduled euthanization, SNIPSA was able to swoop in and save her. Diana is a smart dog who is already crate trained and potty trained. She is a strong dog who might be eager to pull at the beginning of her walks but corrects quickly with some direction. By the end of the walk, she will be in perfect stride with you! She picks up easily on commands and has a desire to please. Diana would certainly benefit from an active lifestyle with lots of exercise and mind stimulation. She bonds quickly with her people and enjoys lounging around the house within eyeshot. She’ll busy herself with people-watching and chew bones. Out in her foster’s yard, she is always up for a game of ball or chase. She is fun and expressive in addition to her super smarts. Diana even likes kids and may prove to be a great family companion. If I’m not spending my days working on my mastered tricks, then you can find me hanging out with my friends. I just LOVE playing with my fellow canine companions, even if my intelligence is far superior. 🧠 Humans are another great option to keep me company. Young or old, I don’t have a preference as long as someone is providing me with the attention I deserve. A good game of fetch in the yard accompanied with a brisk walk through the neighborhood are my personal favorite ways to get my cardio in. Douglas is one happy-go-lucky pup hailing from Animal Care Services in San Antonio. This boy is the last one left from his litter, who has no problem hanging with the big dogs at his foster home, and likes cats, too! He is nearing perfection with his potty training and crate well at night as long as he gets his nightly “cookie” before bed. He is incredibly lovable and will be difficult to give up, according to his foster mom! Douglas is hilarious and spunky, with puppy antics that will keep you on your toes. One of his favorite games, for example, is stealing a shoe and making a run for it. Despite his mischievous nature, this boy does correct quickly with a firm “no.” He also knows “potty” during outside time, and recalls with “pup-pups, come!” This smartie pants is incredibly food motivated, too, so he is bound to master tons of other commands by adulthood. He isn’t one to stray far from his people and has a loyal, eager-to-please personality. In the evenings, he enjoys cuddling with his sister and will whistle the night away.
