She’s a 10-pound sweetheart with lots of love to give! Her babies have all left the nest, but she always has a great time around children and other dogs. At first, she may be a little shy. Phoebe needs a bit of time to open up to you, as her previous owner was unable to care for her, and Phoebe was offered a second chance through SNIPSA.
