Did someone say takeout? Yep. These kitties are fresh and ready to go! Meet Burger Boy, Burger King, McDonalds, Wendys, and Whataburger. True to their namesake, these guys love to eat. Well, not as much as they did when they first arrived, but when these guys came into our program their eyes hadn’t even fully opened yet. That meant round-the-clock feeding from our vet tech, Tami! In foster care, they have had plenty of exposure to other animals and are often found in huge sleeping piles with,cats, dogs, and even birds! These five would make the perfect furry companions in any home, with their friendly, loving nature and chill attitude. Initially rescued off the streets by @sanantonioacs, these two were recently transferred to SNIPSA. They have been ravaged by nasty bugs — both on their skin and inside of their little bodies.
SNIPSA started them off with a dose of Bravecto to kill the sarcoptic mange mites, and a dewormer to flush out the internal parasites. 🚫🦟🪱 Over the next few weeks, they will also be receiving medicated baths and some much-needed love.

It is with a heart of sadness we say goodbye to our sweet Lady who finally lost her battle with a crummy form of cancer. 🥲 She lived a pampered and well-loved life while under SNIPSA’s wings and exceeded our expectations. We would like to extend a HUGE thank you to her team of foster warriors (Courtney, Patti, Stacey, Ashleigh & Jamie) that cared for her throughout her 11 months with us. And to the devoted medical staff with Animal Cancer Center, Dr. Meredith Esterline, and our amazing veterinary technician, Tami, who made herself available day or night for this precious rescue. It truly takes special heroes willing to take on a hospice dog knowing time is limited. You loved her well, we loved her well, and now our dearest Ladybug may rest in heaven. ✝️👼🪽🐾
