About Me
Hats off to this cutie patootie! Have you met Stetson? Thought to be a Husky mix of sorts, this boy has looks on par with his smarts. It’s true–Huskies are highly intelligent, so this little one will be eager to learn and grow by your side! Huskies are also known to make great family dogs when given plenty of attention and exercise, and Stetson is no exception to this. He gets along well with other dogs, loves his walks and has almost mastered his potty training. Stetson is also easily entertained and enjoys his chewies almost as much as a good game of Frisbee! After playtime, this boy settles down nicely in his bed or waits patiently for cuddles from his foster parents. At around four months old, this doggo is a great size and will likely max out around 30 to 50 pounds come adulthood. He is incredibly well-rounded and lovable beyond belief. Well, weโve got our very own Napoleon Dynamite in the building. Meet Scout! ๐ Just like Napoleon, Scout can be a little shy on the approach, but he was born to be in the spotlight. He loves attention, walks, treats andโmore than anythingโhis people! In his foster home, Scout hasnโt wasted any time bonding with his foster family. He is a perfect shadow, following his foster mom everywhere she goes with enthusiasm. This little busybody also enjoys his โwalkiesโ where he can feel the grass on his paws. Not to mention, heโs perfectly house-trained, which makes that outside time extra special! ๐ฑ
One thing to note about Scout is that he is thought to have been hit by a car at some point in his life, resulting in a luxated hip. He underwent a femoral head ostectomy to repair it, resulting in a slightly higher adoption fee. While Scout has been through a lot in his two years, he has a happy and healthy future just ahead. ๐ค He recently made his debut at the King William Parade where he stole more than just a few hearts. Saturday morning, our rescues were walked, carried and given allll the kisses during the King William Parade. Our Shoe litter also made their debut at Therapy Animals of San Antonioโs 26th Annual Pooch Parade! We had such a great time partying with our San Antonio community, showing off our pups and selling the last of our 2024 Fiesta medals. A HUGE thank you to the staff and volunteers who rose at the crack of dawn to spread some puppy love! ๐๐๐พ

Originally adopted as a puppy back in 2021, I was sadly returned due to some unforeseen circumstances in my parentsโ lives. But despite needing to find a new home, Iโm the best dog ever! โค๏ธโ๐ฉน I love going on walks, playing fetch and showing off my best tricks for Milk Bones. At the end of the day, my favorite thing to do is cuddle up with my loved ones and watch movies.
