The face behind the pawprint: Oreo and her four minis! 😍

Las week, we posted a photo of this sweetie’s paw compared to one of her babies. She spent Mother’s Day in foster care, enjoying a second chance of life that she never dreamed that she would have. 🐾

Cleaning, nursing, babysitting, protecting—motherhood is not easy! We see and appreciate you, mamas everywhere.

Boo’s story didn’t start easy, but he hasn’t let that stop him from loving with his whole heart.💙

This sweet boy came to SNIPSA after likely suffering a spinal injury before rescue, leaving him with mild urinary incontinence. He needs a little help expressing his bladder a few times a day and can wear a belly band — but Boo doesn’t let any of that slow him down.

What does define Boo? His wagging tail, his happy little smile, and the way he wins over every person he meets. 🐾

For a long time, Boo has been loved by his foster Roxane — one of our own staff members — and has become the unofficial office dog here at SNIPSA. He spends his days greeting everyone with a wagging tail, hanging out by our desks, and reminding us daily just how special he is.

But as much as we love having Boo around, what he really deserves is a home to call his own. He would do really great with someone who works from home! Whether that’s a forever family or even a new foster willing to give him a new cozy place to stay, Boo is ready for his next chapter.

He’s cooperative, easygoing, full of personality, and happiest when he’s close to his people. Boo isn’t looking for perfect — he’s looking for someone patient, kind, and willing to love him exactly as he is.

What a DUCKY 🐥🦆🐥 good time we had with First Day Foundation and the San Antonio Rotary Club bringing the inaugural Duck Derby to our Alamo City. 8000 yellow rubber ducks made their way downstream winning grand prizes and generating valuable dollars for local non-profits.
