Nine puppies is what! This brave blonde mama was brought to our office with a full batch of newborns in need of care. Traveling from our rescue partners, Sookie brought over a few more than just puppies. This poor family, though spirits high, were covered in fleas. With a gentle but effective bath, this family of ten is free and clear from dirt and bugs and is ready for a fresh start.

While she’s been very occupied looking after her little ones, her personality still shines through in foster care. Once the pups are old enough to leave the nest, we know this mama will be in desperate need of a break and someone to take care of her, for once.
