These mystical mutts are on a journey of transformation! Meet Void, Siren, Egg, Portal, Faerie and Spider, the six tail-waggers that make up our Melanie Martinez litter. These pups were born with a kaleidoscope of fur colors that echo their mama’s artistic soul. In addition, they have inherited Melanie’s easygoing personality and curious nature! These little monsters love to dance around their surroundings in search of new creatures to befriend. While they were lucky enough to be rescued with their mother, they are eager to begin the next phase of their lives. So, won’t you help guide one of these puppies to a new plane? As Labrador Retriever mixes, they will one day grow to be medium or large-sized. They are active, smart and playful–surely, they will light up your life with whimsy. She has devoted herself to our marketing team for about two years, in addition to working countless volunteer shifts throughout her youth. Sophia’s talents, coupled with her passion for animals, has landed her a new job in Austin, TX! 📍
Sophia has also adopted several pets from SNIPSA, and very recently added “Sookie” (pictured) to her family! You may be experiencing the scent of lime-sulfur dip, which is comparable to rotten eggs! This solution is commonly used to treat fungal infections such as ringworm. Ringworm is spread through skin-to-skin contact and can affect the skin, hair, and nails of both humans and animals. 🐕🐾
Every now and then, we receive intakes who have contracted ringworm from their prior living conditions. It can take several dips alongside medicated creams/sprays to treat them. That said, our team is committed to doing whatever it takes to get rid of “cooties”! 🧑🔬👊

These two boys are beautiful, boisterous and of course…black and white! Despite coming from separate litters and situations, these two share a quite similar story. With Skechers joining the program at 9 weeks of age and Plantain being raised at SNIPSA as a bottle baby, they are growing into the best boys they can be! Just because they aren’t so tiny anymore doesn’t mean they aren’t the fun-loving puppies that you’re seeking. It just means that they might come to you potty trained, crate trained, well-socialized and overall just more mature!
