As Chihuahuas, you should know that we will stay pretty small but you’ll never find dogs braver than us. Chihuahuas are known for their undying loyalty, so if you take one of us home, just know that we are committed for life! Since we will remain on the smaller side, we will not only make some good lap dogs, but we will also be the BEST travel companions. It’s getting chilly in San Antonio! 🐶❄️ With temps dropping to 33°, and potentially lower, make sure your furry friends stay safe and warm. Here’s how:
🐾 Bring your pets indoors, especially at night.
🐾 Dress them in sweaters or jackets if they tolerate it.
🐾 Keep outdoor walks brief to prevent overexposure.
Are you helping any stray animals like Feral cats? 🐱 Here’s a few things you can do to help them stay warm:
🐾 Build DIY shelters using plastic bins and straw (not blankets).
🐾 Provide fresh, unfrozen water in insulated bowls.
🐾 Feed extra calories to help them stay warm.
