Hair we go again… yet another ADORABLE litter of puppies in need of a loving home. Introducing the Hair Litter: Beard, Goatee, Handlebar, Sideburns, and Mustache. These five dogs found themselves tangled in an unfortunate situation through no fault of their own after being surrendered into our program. But despite their rocky start, these pups are ready to brush their past to the side and say hello to forever. As Poodle/Spaniel mixes, these little ones will certainly require some grooming throughout their lifetime to ensure that their curly coats are maintained. Poodles are known for their intelligence and active nature while Spaniels are known to be playful and friendly – so these little cuties are sure to be a well-rounded bunch. As with any puppies, these little ones have plenty of time to grow into the best dogs that they are meant to be so it’s important that they receive enough time, training and patience. It’s getting chilly in San Antonio! 🐶❄️ With temps dropping to 33°, and potentially lower, make sure your furry friends stay safe and warm. Here’s how:
🐾 Bring your pets indoors, especially at night.
🐾 Dress them in sweaters or jackets if they tolerate it.
🐾 Keep outdoor walks brief to prevent overexposure.
Are you helping any stray animals like Feral cats? 🐱 Here’s a few things you can do to help them stay warm:
🐾 Build DIY shelters using plastic bins and straw (not blankets).
🐾 Provide fresh, unfrozen water in insulated bowls.
🐾 Feed extra calories to help them stay warm.
