If you should determine that you and your new pet are not compatible, you may return the pet to SNIPSA after coordinating with the SNIPSA adoption staff. You will receive a refund of your adoption fee minus the administration fee if your pet is returned within 7 business days from the time of adoption or you may apply your adoption fee towards another available pet of your choice (fees do vary between available pets and additional fees may be applied). All returns must be coordinated with the SNIPSA adoption staff at 210-237-9400 or snipsainctx@gmail.com.
