Introducing our very own Texan polar bear! Lovingly known as Bubba among the SNIPSA staff, this guy is everything you could want in a Great Pyrenees.

Bubba was owner-surrendered due to circumstances beyond his control, and he has been spending his days in foster care at Kara’s K9 Retreat. Easygoing and gentle, it’s a shame he no longer has a home to go home to. Just imagine if your parents dropped you off at daycare and never came back!

Bubba may look intimidating with his large size, but he is a total baby. That’s why SNIPSA has opted to give him a second chance through our rescue program! He loves to climb into your lap for hugs and he has a soft spot for freeze-dried jerky. When he isn’t by your side, he spends his time exploring the yard (like a typical Great Pyrenees), taking long snoozes in the shade, and hanging out with his doggy daycare buddies! Give him a treat or two and a gentle head rub, and his heart will be yours.
