‘Ello darlin’! The name’s Chap! If you’ve been searching for the best rescue Dachshund in town, you’ve found him. It’s quite preposterous that a devilishly handsome dog like myself found his way to the streets innit? Thankfully, I was scooped up by some friendly faces and put into the SNIPSA program. I promise you won’t find a better mate to enjoy a nice cuppa with every morning. I’m a little shy with my introductions, but it won’t take you long to notice what a gentleman I am. I’m a bloody sweet boy with a cheeky grin and a brilliant personality! As a Dachsund you oughta know that I can be quite affectionate, loyal and clever. We are also typically known to be on the smaller side, so I won’t be getting any bigger and would do well in just about any home. So, before you get too knackered searching for your perfect dog, just admit that it’s me! Go on then! Submit your application to meet me today!

We all know size doesn’t truly matter, and this boy is a prime example. Oscar is a tiny pup who loves BIG! His personality is best described as curious, alert, submissive, and sweet. He is a huge cuddler and definitely finds safety in his humans. During his first day at SNIPSA, he was stuck to us like glue. 💙
This boy is also a bit of an explorer at heart–he will waste no time checking out all of the sights and smells in new spaces. When he’s tired out, he will find a nice spot to settle into; a cushion, the floor, a lap, or even under a chair! His amiable personality mixes well with his small size, making a dog perfect for cuddling, traveling, and/or smaller dwellings. He’s fully grown but still young, so he is not expected to get any larger. 🐾

Flash needs OUR SUPPORT!! 💜🎗️🩷 Poor boy was the underdog in a dog fight. He suffered numerous bite wounds, a significant infection and simply is painful from the trauma. He came into our local animal shelter in shock and fortunately they provided immediate veterinary care with intravenous fluids and pain management. Shirley has some shiny teeth just in time for her journey up to Houston! 🦷🪥
This nine-year-old girl was way overdue for a dental cleaning when she arrived at our office two weeks ago. So, what did we do? Our caring technicians decided it was time for a good scrub and polish, extracting a few bad teeth in the process. ✨
Now that she’s feeling and looking good, Shirley will be leaving on a road trip tomorrow to meet a prospective adopter. We hope it’s all smiles from here on out! Good luck, Shirley girlie. 😁
