Just hours before their scheduled euthanasia, due to limited space at a local shelter, our rescue team pulled them into our program. Cookie, a young and gentle mama, has poured all her love into her pup, Crumbs, who is full of wiggles, play, and curiosity. Both are heeler mixes, which means they’re smart, loyal, and eager to learn.

Cookie is sweet as can be, the kind of dog who wants to be close and soak up all the affection. Crumbs is her lively little shadow, bouncing with puppy energy and discovering the world one paw-step at a time. They are both happy and healthy, though Crumbs displays signs of hearing impairments, which means she will require creative training for her needs.
