Elliot was found roaming a local neighborhood with no collar or microchip. Despite the possibility he may have been dumped, he is quick to make new human friends. He walks right up with a wagging tail, eager to become your ride-or-die! At nine months old, Elliot is past the puppy nonsense, but he still has plenty of wiggles to keep things fun. His skinny legs and velvety fur make us believe he could be mixed with Whippet, but we don’t know for sure! He definitely embodies their quiet, silly, “velco-dog” personality.
