Liz Lackey

Liz serves as SNIPSA’s Volunteer and Outreach Coordinator. She is responsible for planning events and coordinating many moving parts to bring volunteers, fosters and our amazing rescues together.

Prior to joining the SNIPSA team, Liz worked in the up-and-coming food scene of San Antonio. She knows of all the hip and tasty spots to eat around the city.  She has always had a soft spot for animals having rescued countless dogs in her neighborhood and ultimately providing a permanent home for two San Antonio specials – Frida and Mowgli.

Aside from loving dogs, Liz also has chickens that she cares for and a seasonal garden.  Liz enjoys spending her time outside tending to the garden’s produce, watching sunsets at the beach, or in the deserts of far West Texas.

Community is very important to Liz!  As a lover of San Antonio, she feels happy working for an organization that makes a significant impact on improving the lives of dogs and cats!
