Mummy is the sole survivor of her family. She, her mother, and her siblings were living on the streets in a local subdivision when a witness claimed they were attacked by a loose dog. Acting quickly, this animal advocate scooped Mummy up and brought her to SNIPSA, where she was given a lucky second chance. This tiny girl was just days old at the time.

One of SNIPSA’s veterinary technicians has been caring for Mummy ever since, bottle-feeding her every day and helping her build her strength. As a result, she has grown up with plenty of socialization, including several other cats and a dog! While she is still a little unsure about the resident canine, Mummy’s natural confidence still shines through. She isn’t afraid to show what she’s made of–even if she’s just a pound!

This kitty is playful and sassy by design, and she will keep herself entertained all day long. Her foster mom describes her wild adventures around her house, where she chases and jumps after imaginary ghosts.
