Snipsa will be joining in on the Fiesta® Pooch Parade, an official Fiesta® San Antonio event! 🪅🤪

This is a 2.6 mile walk with dogs and their people along the streets of Alamo Heights. It is the major fundraiser for Therapy Animals of San Antonio. We invite you to participate by walking in the parade and support our mission of bringing people and animals together for healing. 🫶

❤️ OLOR UPDATE ❤️

Olor first arrived at the SNIPSA office through our feral cat program, scheduled for a routine neuter. But it quickly became clear that this sweet boy was in serious trouble. His neck had large, infected wounds stretching across his jawline and nearly half his face, he was dangerously dehydrated, and one eye was sealed shut.

Despite his heartbreaking condition, we knew cats sometimes have a few extra lives tucked away. So we began aggressive treatment with antibiotics and fluids. Before long, Olor started to show us his spirit—he meowed, he engaged, and we realized there was a fighter in there. And one thing was certain: he was far from feral. 🐈🏥

After weeks of dedicated care, Olor slowly began to heal. He gained weight, his wounds improved, and his personality started to shine through. ✨ Last week, we removed his troublesome eye, and he is feeling better than ever.

Now, Olor is going home—his forever home. 😭

This kitty may have a crooked ear, but it only brings to mind his remarkable story of resilience. We are so excited to see him start this new journey.

So, this is our official send off! Thank you Kayla, Shannon, Jack, and everyone else involved with his care. We love you, Olor—stay well! 👋
