This brindle beauty just marked one full year in foster care with her amazing foster mom, Mimi. While we don’t normally celebrate long-term fosters, Ruffy’s unwavering love and loyalty deserve a moment in the spotlight.
At just over a year old, Ruffy is a Retriever mix with a heart of gold. She’s smart, house-trained, cuddly, and playful! Ruffy loves being around other dogs and is gentle with kids. She even has fun dressing up for our adoption events and SNIPSA parades, which she has attended with zero complaint, despite being overlooked by adopters.
We can’t believe this little gem hasn’t found her forever home yet. Ruffy possesses all the best qualities that make an amazing canine companion. While she may be a little shy at first, once she trusts you, she’s yours for life.
