Hi, I’m Sesame! I’m the type of cat who sticks with you even after the first bite… you know, like how sesame seeds get stuck in your teeth. Haha. I’m quite a funny cat—with vibrant green eyes and a beautiful gray marble coat, my looks and charm are sure to win you over. How did a pretty gal like me end up homeless, you might ask? Well, I faced some unlucky circumstances. But lucky for me, I was taken into SNIPSA’s care after being discovered on the porch of the adoption coordinator, Christine. I was shy at first, but now that I’ve seen just how good domestic life is, I’m starting to let my personality shine! It’s getting chilly in San Antonio! 🐶❄️ With temps dropping to 33°, and potentially lower, make sure your furry friends stay safe and warm. Here’s how:
🐾 Bring your pets indoors, especially at night.
🐾 Dress them in sweaters or jackets if they tolerate it.
🐾 Keep outdoor walks brief to prevent overexposure.
Are you helping any stray animals like Feral cats? 🐱 Here’s a few things you can do to help them stay warm:
🐾 Build DIY shelters using plastic bins and straw (not blankets).
🐾 Provide fresh, unfrozen water in insulated bowls.
🐾 Feed extra calories to help them stay warm.

After being saved from euthanasia, this girl has wasted no time enjoying her life! Chug-a-Lug enjoys going on her morning walks and finding all the best smells. 🍃🐶
She is great with kids and has tons of fun playing with our favorite six-year-old. After a good romp, she easily settles down into a lap or a cozy bed for a sweet snooze. 🛌🐾
And not to mention, she is always eager to show off her trademark underbite! Chug-a-Lug is almost fully grown at nine months old, and she already has mastered her manners. She is truly charm and class, wrapped up in the most adorable package. ✨🎀
