Don’t worry! We don’t think any of these puppies would be a “pour” decision! We think they’re worth a shot! Meet Paloma, Brandy, Stoli, Patron, Tito and Skyy! These six cuties are as cute as they are tiny. This past weekend, Animal Care Services pleaded to their rescue partners to take in this litter of Chihuahuas, and it didn’t take long for our very own veterinary technician to step up as a foster. Within 30 minutes of ACS’ plea, she was in their parking lot, and within one hour, they were in her home as her new foster babies. Affectionately named after their licking habits, they were each assigned a clever “liquor” name. These tiny tots are cuddly, confident and CUTE! In a foster home where they are exposed to every animal species you could think of, they are getting ALL the socialization! From other dogs to cats, birds and even reptiles, these puppies have seen it all. We just can’t believe it, so of course we had to make her our pet of the week. 🌸 Sandy is a happy-go-lucky girl who was initially rescued when she was just two weeks old. With no mom around to care for her and her siblings, she was hand-raised by our adoption coordinator until she was old enough to begin munching on wet food. Now, she is ready to become your comfort critter! 🫧
Sandy loves children and animals of all sizes. She is young and intelligent, with limitless potential for training. We can see her thriving in a family home with plenty of activities to keep her happy and healthy. 🌟

Who can provide our Betty White with a cozy space in which she can await her forever person? 🧡 This girl is cuddly, curious, and she eats well, despite her old age. She doesn’t mind short leashed walks (or trolley rides) around the neighborhood and occasionally will churn out zoomies in the yard. Betty does have a slight head tilt from an injury that occurred before her rescue. We think it just adds to her charm, and she doesn’t seem to mind it, either. 🥰
