Sherri moved to San Antonio from California 11 years ago, where she owned and operated a successful pet sitting business for a decade before bringing her passion for animal welfare to SNIPSA in 2016. Throughout her time with the organization, she has worked in nearly every department, giving her a unique understanding of SNIPSA’s lifesaving mission. Today, she serves as SNIPSA’s Operations Manager, helping ensure the organization runs efficiently while supporting both the staff and the thousands of animals who rely on its programs each year.
A lifelong animal lover, Sherri feels incredibly fortunate to have built a career doing what she loves. She firmly believes in SNIPSA’s mission to save lives through adoption and spay/neuter initiatives and is dedicated to improving the lives of animals throughout the San Antonio community. At home, her family has gone from a lively household of six dogs and one cat to a slightly quieter crew of three beloved dogs – and one beautiful granddaughter she adores!
