What’s your favorite African animal? We’ve got six right here, so take your pick! Tiger, Hippo, Monkey, Croc, Rhino and Hyena recently made their journey over to SNIPSA with their gorgeous mama, Safari. Found surviving outdoors near a local apartment complex, this family was just too friendly to leave behind. Each one of these babies is social, curious and lively, with a hidden snuggly side. After a good bout of playing, they’ll pile up together and purr themselves into dreamland. Their mom also has an affectionate, “anything goes” temperament and she has been teaching her kittens all the best manners. So, you really can’t go wrong with one of these young’uns! With plenty of love and care, these cuties will thrive in any home. If you’re feeling the heat, you may want to fill out that application. Our Safari litter will be gone before you know it!

It’s getting chilly in San Antonio! 🐶❄️ With temps dropping to 33°, and potentially lower, make sure your furry friends stay safe and warm. Here’s how:
🐾 Bring your pets indoors, especially at night.
🐾 Dress them in sweaters or jackets if they tolerate it.
🐾 Keep outdoor walks brief to prevent overexposure.
Are you helping any stray animals like Feral cats? 🐱 Here’s a few things you can do to help them stay warm:
🐾 Build DIY shelters using plastic bins and straw (not blankets).
🐾 Provide fresh, unfrozen water in insulated bowls.
🐾 Feed extra calories to help them stay warm.

After being saved from euthanasia, this girl has wasted no time enjoying her life! Chug-a-Lug enjoys going on her morning walks and finding all the best smells. 🍃🐶
She is great with kids and has tons of fun playing with our favorite six-year-old. After a good romp, she easily settles down into a lap or a cozy bed for a sweet snooze. 🛌🐾
And not to mention, she is always eager to show off her trademark underbite! Chug-a-Lug is almost fully grown at nine months old, and she already has mastered her manners. She is truly charm and class, wrapped up in the most adorable package. ✨🎀
